Fergal leads the UK business, setting strategic direction and ensuring high quality delivery across all service lines. He oversees client engagement, operational standards, and the alignment of UK expectations across the full TCPS team.
Philip is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounts production, quality review, and operational oversight. He plays a key role in managing UK workflows, supporting service development, and maintaining consistency across delivery teams.
Stewart oversees service delivery across multiple UK functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong communication between UK and India teams. He contributes to operational planning and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Managing Director, TCPS India
Ramesh is the founder and Managing Director of TCPS in India. He oversees the India business, leading the growth and development of TCPS operations. He plays a central role in strategy, governance, and the smooth functioning of all teams.
Director, TCPS India
Sunil is a director in TCPS India. He has been with TCPS since inception in 2017 and plays a broad role in ensuring smooth, high quality service delivery. He oversees IT infrastructure, supports systems development, and leads the delivery of key projects.
Head of Payroll
Archana heads the payroll department, ensuring accurate, timely processing and smooth operations. She oversees workflow, supports team development, and maintains quality across payroll engagements.
Accounts & Corporation Tax
Deepesh has been with TCPS since 2020 and manages Accounts and Corporation Tax operations. He ensures workflow efficiency, quality review processes, and consistency of delivery across offices.
UK Finance Support Lead
Lucky has been with TCPS since 2017 and leads the support function for the UK Finance team. He manages task allocation, monitors progress, and ensures visibility and timely delivery across finance related activities.
Bookkeeping Co-Lead
Pardeep, part of TCPS since 2017, co-leads the bookkeeping function. He manages staff planning, quality assurance across offices, and the smooth onboarding of new clients and processes into the bookkeeping portfolio.
Accounts Production
Pankaj supports Deepesh in overseeing Accounts Production, taking responsibility for service delivery to multiple offices. He is responsible for workflow monitoring, reviewing processes, and delivery quality.
Bookkeeping Co-Lead
Vimal joined in January 2024 and co-leads bookkeeping alongside Pardeep. He oversees staff allocation, workflow projections, new client onboarding, and quality control across all bookkeeping engagements.
